His father was 1929 Manville (John) Sherman.

His mother was 1929 Irma Dorothy Livingston.


John was known as "Little John" all his life, rather than "Junior".

He was married to Patti Ostrowski in Missoula, Montana; they had one
child together: 

  1980  John August Sherman III

He attended public elementary school at Lowell Grade School in
Missoula, MT.  

He was for many years the technician for the local Missoula TV
station, KECI.  After that he moved to Gallup, New Mexico for
several years before moving the Longview, WA area.
