To: James Alan Sherman Subject: The Vrooman family of Holland Hi Uncle Jim, I have found a book titled The Vrooman Family of America: descendants of Hendrick Meese Vrooman who came from Holland in 1664. I have researched back to my 11th great-grandfather descending back from Thomas Tobias Livingston's wife, Nancy Christina Jones. Her mother was Christina Vroman (Vrooman) and then we can trace back all the way to Bartholomeus Vrooman in the early 1600's. The book is completely searchable on ancestry.com. There's stories from Indian raids to successful business men. It's very interesting and has lots of genealogical records. I hope you can access it some way. I searched for it on google but wasn't successful in finding a complete book online. It's 342 pages. Anyway, hope you are well.
